First Dose of Vitamin "R"..

I got a strange digital message this morning.. It said, "Rampart Sun?".. After tracking down the culprit, I made haste to the summit and hooked up with Dave, Scott and Dennis for our first Rampart excursion of the season.. The lake was down so we went up..

Dennis launched first at a little after two.. He didn't get it up right away but he wasn't going down either.. We all bailed soon after..

Wall Hugging..

After a weird scratching spell, we all made it over to the wall.. The scratching may have been from the swarm of flying ants on launch though..

Pardon me, I digress..

Valley Magic ..

After sticking it in close, we ,moved out over the middle of Gold Creek Valley.. The thermals were big and as smooth as my new silk shirt that I wore to Teatro ZinZani last night.. Sorry, I digress again..

We were able to climb above seven thousand in the glass..

Alta..

What a great day.. I flew over to Alta and got the attention of a few hikers who had spent the effort to climb to the very top of that peak..

I think that flying there was more efficient than walking there.. I'm sure that those hikers are still up in those mountains as I pound out these digits..
