Line it Up..

Soggy day up north today.. Great way to dodge the tax man though..

Jimmy launched first and made his way up over the top in smooth air.. I was chomping at the bit so I bailed soon after.. The wind was just a little cross from the east but not enough to be of much concern..

This shot was no easy task to get lined up just right.. It's all in the wrist..

Pretty cool, eh..?

Alger Mist..

We were able to sneak back towards the south face of the hill..

The climb rate was way weak until I hooked up with the cloud-suck that took me up to 2,800 feet.. At that point, it took some effort to keep from becoming obscured in the persistent environmental haze..

I really dig the mist that boils out of the forest on days like this..

Nice Laminar..

This glider seemed to sink quite well.. He just floated back and forth seemingly without a care in the world..

Shortly afterwards though, a huge hail squall erupted and pounded us with tiny little icy pain pills.. 

I was caught unawares and had to dive out from under a rapidly descending cloud mass.. I continued my egress and made a hasty retreat to the Duck Club swamp bog for a nice little splashdown..

Not so Classic..

Here's where I like to include a classic Blanchard sunset image.. It didn't happen that way today..
