Lenny Ram's It Up..

Even though the sky looked bleak after work, the wind velocity and direction convinced me that the odds were in my favor.. Raced up the hill only to find that Lenny, Ben and Chuck all had the same idea..

Bailed out of my truck, ignored the flat tire, threw my stuff in the dirt and launched as quick as I could.. I figured that I could change a tire anytime.. The wind won't wait..!

Mo' Lenny B..

The lift was as smooth as silk.. Easy ridge climb to around 2,000 feet.. Floated across the south face and found some good stuff that gave me another 500 or so.. 

Me, Miss LiteSpeed and 2,800 feet cruised down to the far south end of Colony Hill while Mo' Lenny B pulled off a gutsy cruise to Chuckanut Mountain..

Lilly Lizard..

After floating back to the hill, the sun peaked out just enough to set off a decent thermal cycle.. I cranked it up near cloudbase and got a cool view of Lizard Lake and Lilly Lake..

There's a trail that goes in to the lakes.. I think I like this way better..

Sun Spot..

A mostly cloudy afternoon was little deterrent to the nice conditions today.. If the sun would have been just a little more cooperative, it could have been a stellar day.. No problem though.. You've got to take what you can get around here in the spring..!
