Pair of Ghosts..

Made the trip to Hopkins today.. Predictions for east winds at 15-25 were not too far off the mark..

Launched into a decent lull and climbed to around a thousand over.. There were big holes in the air so the flight was not very relaxing at all....

Rainier in the Clouds ..

There were only four of us in the air today.. Some others were in the landing area so it is possible that they went up and flew after we were done for the day..

The turbulence was not too bad but the lift was a most unpleasant experience.. Laminar air and strong winds are a poor combination.. Fun Factor: 2.5..

Peterman..

Similar to yesterday, the recent snowfall still clings to the shaded areas in the mountains.. There was snow on the road to the top and also in the set-up area..

Tomorrow's Weather..

The weather idiots are calling tomorrow's weather system a "disturbance".. You can see the shape of things to come on the horizon..

No problem for me though.. I've got to work..
