Looking West..

A bunch of regulars showed up at the hill today.. Launched at 1:00 pm... Took a left and it was a quick trip to cloudbase..

The clouds were forming at around 3,500 feet at first but the base raised a thousand feet or so as the afternoon progressed.. My highest altimeter reading was 4,800 feet..

Looking North..

A recent dusting of snow highlighted the surrounding mountains..

I spent much of the afternoon skirting around the uneven clouds.. Corridors between the developing Q's made an otherwise epic cloud day even more enjoyable..

Pilot-x..

I caught this glimpse of pilot-x as he was wheeling his way through the sky.. Wheeler Mountain fills in the background nicely..

LiteSpeed..

Dave Lindberg in the second nicest glider in the area.. You'll have to guess who flies the nicest LiteSpeed..

Brad Hill was also flying the area in his Russia AC4.. My camera batteries had died so I missed the opportunity to get a shot of his beautiful sailplane.. bummer..
