Low Cloudbase..

Climbs were limited today by the low cloud development.. It appeared that marine air from the west side of the Cascade Range had been filtering into the area.. 

In spite of the high moisture content of the air mass, we were able to spend another decent day in the sky at Rampart.. area

Danny "You Can Tell"..

It is always a pleasure to fly with my buddy Dan.. He always has the greatest stories to tell..

Today's story was about a flight from Chelan to Cashmere and then to Wenatchee.. That's where he got the name, Danny "You can Tell"..

I guess you had to be there...

Marine Air Spills In..

Kendall Peak did it's best to block incoming moisture this afternoon..

The marine layer was too deep to permit even the best of mountains from getting in it's way..

Back at Launch..

Flying was pretty good.. The conditions on top were light enough to self-launch..

Landing was another issue.. The difficult conditions on the lake bed took their toll..
