Gold Creek Valley..

Another great day at Rampart Ridge today.. After yesterday's  rainsqualls, many of the Rampart faithful returned for their dose of "Vitamin-R".. 

Brian launched first and the rest were soon to follow..

This shot is looking north into Gold Creek Valley.. area

The Obligatory Cliff Shot..

A threatening squall seemed to be marching slowly towards us from the east.. The distant dark edge of the precipitation can be seen on the right side of this shot..

Look closely and you may be able to see an intrepid soul searching the sky above the cliff...

Kendall Peak..

Multiple trips across the valley turned out to be effort without reward.. I don't think that I even found one scrap of workable lift during the four or five trips across that I attempted..

From the looks of the clouds though, it gave the appearance of promise..
