An early launch was the order of the day.. The early lift was way to the east of launch and drifted well back over the hill..

Reached cloudbase quickly and expected the high clouds to shut us down..

There was a new dusting of snow in the Cascades last night.. The remnants decorated the mountains in a light white veil..

Cloudbase was cold and just above 5,000 feet today..

Jim Creek ULF Antenna Array..

I heard that Scott flew to the Jim Creek area this afternoon.. I guess he didn't know that high power ULF was hazardous..

Excellent climbs and dissipating high clouds made for a great day..

After watching a cloud street set up between Stimpson Hill and Mount Vernon, I went for it..

Flew towards Cultus and Clear Lake at cloudbase..

LZ - 4 Miles NW of Sedro Wolley..

I found a great place to land next to a curious herd of cows.. After a great flight of his own, Dave drove out and picked me up..
