Launch and Landing..

Great day at Saddle Mountain.. The high clouds had a soothing affect on the thermal strength from time to time..

Both launch and landing areas reside on top of this great site.. I had four flights and four top landings here today.. area

Two Thermal Pilots..

Circling up over the golden landscape of Eastern Washington..  Decent thermal strength and fair climbs made the long drive worthwhile..

It was great hanging out with all the excellent pilots that spent the day on top..

P.S. The Chelan boys said that the Butte is open.. Way cool...! 

Saddle East..

This view is one of my personal favorites.. There's something about this ridge-line that draws me, and the rest of the Saddle faithful, back time after time..

East Again....

Ok.. Just one more shot looking east... The colors were almost as fantastic as the flying today..

Great introduction to Eastern Washington for the season..!
