South of Colony Hill and slightly out in front of the cloud..

The lift was exceptionally smooth and plentiful today.. Blanchard hill can be a special place given the right set of conditions..

Today was one of those days..

This shot was taken while just enjoying the scenery from cloudbase.. Eagles were happy companions throughout the day..

My batteries were almost dead so I squandered the opportunity to get their mug shots time after time..

Looking back at the south launch area..

Many pilots had good flights today.. Flying started at around noon and the last glider landed just before four o'clock

I wonder how South Tiger was today..?

Parting Shot..

After spending some time down south, we returned to Colony Hill and then back to Blanchard Hill.. 

We were greeted by great lift to cloudbase once again.. It took some amount of effort to stay within the cloud clearance limits..

It was a tough job but somebody had to do it..
